The term of the loan is for ten years <br />and the lending rate is 3.25 percent. <br /> <br />Please continue to coordinate with Bill Green on completion of the feasibility study. <br />Please contact Jan IlIian of my staff (at 303-866-3441) to initiate \vork on the contract for <br />the feasibility study at your earliest convenience.
