File <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Green <br /> <br />DATE: August I, 1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation with Rocky Mountain Consultants <br /> <br />I spoke today with Mark McLean of Rocky Mountain Consultants regarding the plan of study for <br />the AGUA feasibility study. He indicated that AGUA and RMC are now involved with the <br />augmentation plan for this year and have not had an opportunity to complete the pas. The <br />reservoir purchase which AGUA had been considering has apparently fallen through. <br /> <br />I told him we don't have a deadline as far as the pas is concerned but they should keep in mind <br />the need to submit a feasibility study well in advance of any Board meeting at which they intend to <br />apply for Arkansas Augmentation Account money.
