<br />~ <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: The AGUAFile <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Green <br /> <br />DATE: January 3, 1997 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: AGUA Feasibility Study <br /> <br />Mark McLean of Rocky Mountain Consultants called today to let us know that he will be starting <br />work soon, possibly this month, on AGUA's feasibility study for an augmentation program for <br />members' well pumping on the Arkansas. (AGUA's 1996 Substitute Supply Plan was based on <br />water leased for the year.) <br /> <br />They have had some offers of water rights for possible purchase by AGUA.
