<br />Appendix E - Assignment of Certificate of Deposit. There is one copy of <br />this document. You will need to complete the requested information <br />(certificate of deposit number, etc.). Signatures are required by the president <br />and the secretary, then acknowledged by an officer of the bank where the <br />certificate of deposit is obtained. <br /> <br />Appendix F - Security Agreement. There is one copy of this document that <br />needs to be returned after it is signed by the president and the secretary. A <br />copy will be returned to you; attached to the contract. <br /> <br />Appendix G - Assignment of Deposit Account As Security. Please <br />provide deposit account information and the name of the bank pursuant to <br />Item b., Paragraph 10, page 5 ofthe contract. <br /> <br />Attorney's Opinion Letter.
