Listed below <br />are the various documents. <br /> <br />Loan Contract. There are four (4) copies of this document with sign here <br />stickers at the appropriate signature blocks. The date will be added upon the <br />final execution of the contract. Please return all four copies upon execution. <br /> <br />Appendix A - Scope of study. One copy will be returned to you; attached to <br />the executed contract. <br /> <br />Appendix B - Resolutions. You have supplied the board of directors <br />resolution, and a copy will be returned to you; attached to the executed <br />contract. <br /> <br />Appendix C - Promissory Note. There is one copy of this document, which <br />is to be signed by the president and the secretary. A copy will be returned to <br />you; attached to the contract. <br /> <br />Appendix 0 - Revision Letter. This document is to be signed to facilitate <br />changes that may be made, by letter, and adopted as a part of the existing <br />contract. <br />
