Also enclosed is one copy of the <br />"Arkansas Groundwater Users Association 1997 Plan Year Arkansas River Replacement Plan," that <br />was submitted to and approved by the State Engineer's Office to allow the Arkansas Groundwater <br />Users Association to divert tributary groundwater in compliance with Rule 14 of the "Amended <br />Rules and Regulations Governing the Diversion and Use of Tributary Groundwater in the Arkansas <br />River Basin". <br /> <br />We would like to present this funding request to the Board at the September meeting in Durango. <br />If you have any questions concerning the draft feasibility report or the 1997 replacement plan, <br />please feel free to call.
