In this section the <br />Preliminary Design of the proposed improvements will <br />be presented. We will show a layout of the proposed <br />reservoir site and design details. Cost estimates for the <br />proje~t will be developed and will be included in this <br />chapter. Also included will be any engineering costs <br />for final design and resident engineering. <br /> <br />8. Chapter VII. proiect Evaluation and Chapter VIII, <br />Financial Proqram. These two chapters will be <br />combined together and will summarize proposed <br />construction costs and the repayment schedule. <br />Included in the repayment schedule will be a summary <br />of the payments covering any other debts owed by the <br />Commission, operation and maintenance costs, and <br />contributions to Emergency operating Fund. <br />
