Northern Colorado is a semi-arid region subject to periodic severe droughts, such as <br />the one we are experiencing and which may continue. As citizens we need to plan <br />carefully and invest diligently to conserve the limited water resources available. If you <br />vote YES, you will give the Water Subdistrict the funds to conserve our water and <br />keep wells operating.
