As you may be aware, such applications for financial assistance must <br />be reviewed by the District's Criteria Committee and then be approved by the Board. <br /> <br />Thank you for the copy of your feasibility study on the headgate relocation. After <br />reviewing it we have a few additional questions: <br /> <br />1. Who owns the right-of-way for the proposed realignment? Have <br />arrangements been made for its use? <br /> <br />2. During our previous evaluations we were advised that the headgate <br />was originally located in the vicinit)' of your proposed relocation. <br />Why was it relocated to its present location? Is it feasible to relocate <br />it back to its previous position? <br /> <br />3. What is the current use of the water diverted by the structure? <br />Approximate number of acres irrigated?
