This summaTY shows the number of SFEs in 1987 (from the
1988 Master Plan), the CUTTent number of SFEs (1994) based on data supplied by
Mr. Bretzke, and the number of SFEs at the end of the study period based on
projections provided by Mr. Bretzke.

TABLE 1
SINGLE-FAMILY EQUIVALENTS (SFEs)

RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL TOTAL
1987 326 124 450
ADDITIONAL, 10 24 34
SINCE 1987
TOTAL f~>>ENT 336 148 484
FUTURE, FROM 179 12 191
CURRENT TO
PROJECTED
TOTAL 7705 515 160 675
PROJECTED y&4.e5

WATER SYSTEM

Water Demand Criteria

Meurer & Associates reviewed the water production records from 1991 through
1993 for the two wells in the Town's water system, reviewed the data from
previous studies and discussed the water system and reservoir water level
fluctuation with the Town's staff. Based on the information gathered from these
sources, we have established new design criteria for water demands for the
Average Day (ADl. Max Day (MDl. and Peak Hour (PH) demand conditions. Our
recommended water demand criteria for the Town is presented in Table 2 below
along with the unit demands from the 1988 Master Plan for compafison.

Meurer & Associates
October 5, 1994
Page 3
