A high cost for construction <br />contingencies was included in our estimate due to the unknowns of the well <br />construction and the specific facility requirements. The engineering cost of 12 % of <br />construction is reflective of the costs we have experienced in the past. This includes <br />well design, pump station/facilities design and construction administTation services.
