Scope of Work

s. Deliverables

As described above, a number of deliverables will be required to document study results
and convey information to the Management and Advisory Committees. These
deliverables are listed below.

. A memo describing the final list of locations of interest and the parameters to be
reported for each location.

. A memo describing the database contents and structure.

. Monthly summary tables of derived natural flows for up to three locations and a
memo describing their derivation.

. A water resources database comprised of the hydrologic and water quality data used
in this study.

. A memo summarizing the service areas, water demands, water supply portfolios and
water system facilities of Grand County and.Summit County water users.

. A memo documenting the results of P ACSM review meetings.

. A memo documenting future scenarios.

. All database files developed for the project.

. The analytical tools and map based interface.

. A report documenting the fmdings of the water quality assessment.

. A report on specified scenarios and their outcomes.

6. Schedule

Figure I is a preliminary schedule for completion of the tasks described in this Scope of
Work. It is anticipated that approximately 14 months will be required for completion of
the study.

7. Project Management

The Upper Colorado River Basin Study will be managed by the Water Quality/Quantity
Committee (QQ) and by the Management Committee consisting of representatives of
Summit County, Grand County, the Colorado River Water Conservation District, the
Middle Park Water Conservancy District, Denver Water, the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District and the Water Quality/Quantity Committee.
