" Upper Colorado River Basin Study Scope of Work October 1, 1 Q98 Taylor Hawes, representing QQ, will be responsible for day-to-day project management including contract administration, review and approval of invoices submitted by Hydrosphere, and overall project coordination. Project coordination responsibilities will include scheduling of project related meetings, dissemination of information to the Management Committee and the Advisory Committee, and facilitation of communications between Hydrosphere and members of the Management and Advisory Committees. It is also anticipated that QQ will work closely with Hydrosphere in the process of gathering data and coordinating other cooperative efforts of Hydrosphere and QQ staff. The Management Committee will be responsible for providing Study direction and making decisions regarding policy and technical issues that will be encountered as the Study develops. Examples of important anticipated policy and technical issues requiring such direction include the identification of key reporting locations of interest in Task I and the development of future scenarios in Task 7. Work to be completed by Hydrosphere will be managed jointly by Lee Rozaklis and Bob Weaver. Mr. Weaver will be primarily responsible for contract administration, coordination and communication between Hydrosphere, QQ and the Management Team and scheduling. He will also have primary responsibility for administration of the compilation of in-basin data in Task 5 and the water quality assessment in Task 9. Mr. Rozaklis will be primarily responsible for the management of tasks involving database design, development of natural flows, review of P ACSM operations, defIning future scenarios, model development, and reporting on scenarios. 8.
