The Town of Castle Rock is situated in the middle of Douglas County. one of the fastest
growing counties in the United States. Currently over 1,000 new homes are built each year
and our population continues to rapidly grow. The Town is JUSt 1/3 built out; by 2027.
population estimates are at 100,000 people. See Appendix C for a table of population
and water use projections.
