Also briefl}r <br /> <br /> <br />describe how you would propose to evaluate the project results., <br /> <br />Monitoring of the project, before and after implementation of thEl <br /> <br />improvements, will include meter readings and use water treatment <br /> <br />plant recordings prior to the conversion to raw irrigation water. <br /> <br /> <br />Meter readings and use recordings will be performed after the <br /> <br />conversion to raw water irrigation to define cost savings to the <br /> <br /> <br />community. A metering system already exists at the plant and <br /> <br />will be installed at the reservoir and public facilities as well. <br /> <br />After a few months of gathering the data from the treatment <br /> <br />plant, the reservoir and public facilities the town will contact <br /> <br />the Colorado Rural Water Association. Mr. Herman Wooten, at the <br /> <br />Association will help the town prepare an evaluation paper on the! <br /> <br /> <br />results of the project, and then the Town will present it to <br /> <br />several government agencies such as the Colorado Municipal <br /> <br /> <br />League, Special Districts, and other local governments for <br /> <br /> <br />possible publication. <br /> <br />3.
