To this point, our
organization fully supports the project being proposed by Western Resource Advocates (WRA) to
the Colorado Water Conservation Board utilizing lIB 05-1254 Grant Funds.

As a show of our support, we plan to contribute in-kind services ,such as providing speakers,
assisting with coordination and technical oversight. These resources will be used by WRA to
help conduct workshops, and coordinate and facilitate water conservation forums at locations
throughout the state.

Our organization applauds the CWCB for developing, maintaining, and administrating its water
conservation and water efficiency grant programs, and we will continue to show our support for
these important state programs in the future. In administrating the grant programs, we strongly
encourage the CWCB and the Office of Water Conservation and Drought Planning to consider
the merits of the WRA grant application and award the requested funds to this worthwhile and
important program that will benefit water planning managers, citizens, basin roundtable members,
and water conservation experts statewide.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

?0utW.~

Paul W.
