As we have discussed, Centennial, which provides water to the Highlands Ranch community, believes your proposed program will provide important information dissemination and discussions to stimulate the critical and logical progression of municipalities to increasingly efficient water use. These workshops would lead to improved planning and implementation of water conservation programs with benefits to Colorado residents for years to come. In that regard, Centennial will gladly provide in-kind services, use of our facilities, contribute speakers and otherwise assist with your proposed program.
