In providing these services, we strive
for water conservation, efficient and wise use of water in our efforts to manage our valuable water resources now
and into the future.

We also recognize the importance of media and technology in the promotion and support of more meaningful water
conservation statewide. For this reason, the City of Alamosa fully supports the project being proposed by Wester
Resource Advocates (WRA) to the Colorado Water Conservation Board utilizing HB05-1254 grant funds.

As a show of our support, we offer the use of our facilities for conducting workshops and/or water conservation
forums. If sufficient scheduling time is allowed, our community recreation center would be available. Although the
nominal $20/hour fee would be waived, we feel this would be of considerably more value.

CWCB is to be commended for the water conservation and water efficiency grant programs it develops, maintains
and administers. In administering these grant programs, we hope the WRA application will receive favorable
consideration and funding for an important program that will benefit water planning managers, citizens, basin
roundtable members, and water conservation experts statewide.

Thank you for your consideration.

Respectfully,

~A

Michael M.
