The final study suggests an interest rate for <br />the project loan of 4.375 percent using a weighted average based on the number of agricultural <br />shares in the reservoir at four percent and municipal and industrial shares at five percent. The <br />4.375 percent rate was approved at the Colorado Water Conservation Board meeting on January <br />25th, <br /> <br />With regard to your contract with us for design and construction, pleaSe contact Jan Illian at 303- <br />866- 3441.
