It would include McKenzie Regulating Reser- <br />voir at the transition from the conduit, the Horsefly"Regulating Reser- <br />voir ~t about the midpoint of the project mesa'la~s, -and a system of <br />buried 'pipe laterals. ~cKenzie Reservoir would assist in meeting' peak <br />demands on the distribution system and would withhold sediment from the <br />system. Horsefly Reservoir would regulate flows of Horsefly Creek for <br />release to the distribution system. Ridgway.Pump No. I <br />would pump water from the Uncompahgre River about a quarter mile south of <br />the town of Ridgway, and .the pumped supply__would be replaced with .water <br />1n Ridgway Reservoir. Some water lifted by the pump would be delivered <br />in the vicinity of the town of Ridgway and some would be lifted higher to <br />the Ridgway Conduit for conveyance to Ridgway Pump No. 2 on Dallas Creek. <br />
