The EnvirOl'Ul'enta1 Resources Carmittee is <br />condensed frC1?_the._~nvirDr1Iil€lltaLQuality Ccmnittee and the_ CUtdoor _ <br />Re.crea!:!~Eish MclHildlife Coomittee. <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Cobb, Acting Director of the Water I{esources Council, was <br />introduced at the October rreeting along with the WRC Council of <br />Representatives mo accanpanied him to the rreeting-Mr. Ron Kram2r, <br />Departrrent of Ccmrerce; Mr. Ken M.1rdock, Corps of Engineers; Mr. William <br />Riedell, Departrrent of Transportation, and Mr. Frank HcGilvrey, Depart- <br />ment of the Interior. Nr. Cobb's discussion was directed to three <br />points: (l) the 1975 National Water Assessrrent, (2) the Water <br />Assessrrent and Appraisal Program, and (3) Q..iestions or Issues concerning <br />AWRBIAC . <br /> <br />EnviwLB,eutal Quality did not submit an Annual Report. <br /> <br />EnviwlBleiltal Quality reviewed the procedures reccmrended by the <br />Ad Hoc Catrnittee for Organizational Review in preparation of the Water <br />Assessment and Appraisal Program in cooperation with the WRC. They <br />made specific reccmrendations to the Administrative Committee regarding <br />these procedures. <br /> <br />lO <br />
