<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(d) Water conservation clans. Water conservation plans shall be <br />required of all water users for use of Colorado River water. Each plan <br />shall contain reasonable and economically feasible goals, measures, and <br />time schedules as required by section 2l0(b) of the Reclamation Reform <br />Act. <br /> <br />(1) Water users that irrigate less than 2,000 acres and <br />domestic users with diversion entitlements of less than 5,000 acre-feet <br />annually may be exempted from the preparation of a water conservation <br />plan but shall be required to submit annual reports as required herein. <br />Agricultural users annually will be required to submit a description of <br />their methods of irrigation and crop reports, and domestic users will be <br />required to provide information on measured or estimated water system <br />losses. <br /> <br />(2) Water users may submit or designate State-required <br />water conservation plans for approval by the Regional Director to <br />satisfy the requirements of these regulations. <br /> <br />(e) Ucdatina water conservation clans. Water conservation plans <br />shall be updated by a water user at 5-year intervals and submitted to <br />the Regional Director for review and approval. Water users, including <br />those who have submitted or designated State-required water conservation <br />plans, shall update their water conservation plans by submitting addenda <br />that include the following information: an evaluation of <br />accomplishments in water conservation during the previous five years; a <br />discussion of future water needs; water conservation opportunities, <br />limitations, and goals; and time schedules for implementing new or <br />modified water conservation measures. <br /> <br />(f) Notice of clan deficiencv.
