<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Reclamation, by October 15th or as otherwise directed, a schedule of <br />estimated diversion requirements and surface returns by month for the <br />following calendar year. Reclamation will review these estimates <br />pursuant to the procedures established in 43 CFR Part 417. <br />Alternatively, the Regional Director may, if he deems it appropriate, <br />notify water users of the amount of water available for their use during <br />the following calendar year and request their schedules of deliveries <br />and returns by month for that year. Any changes to approved schedules <br />during the year shall be provided to Reclamation in writing as soon as <br />possible for further review and approval. <br /> <br />(2) Weeklv orders. For water taken below Parker Dam, water <br />users shall, if requested, furnish to Reclamation a schedule of daily <br />diversions for the week Monday through Sunday, no later than 1:30 p.m. <br />on Wednesday of the preceding week. Requested changes in a daily. <br />diversion shall be provided to Reclamation by 1:30 p.m. on the same day <br />for water diverted between Parker and Headgate Rock Dams; by 1:30 p.m. <br />of the preceding day for water diverted between Headgate Rock and Palo <br />Verde Oiversion Dams; and by 1:30 p.m. of the third preceding day for <br />water diverted below Palo Verde Diversion Dam. All times are mountain <br />standard time. <br /> <br />(e) OVerruns or underruns. Unintentional individual entity or <br />State apportionment overruns or underruns could result from various <br />factors, including but not limited to: <br /> <br />(1) Lack of knowledge of total consumptive use and <br />remaining water availability for a given year due to lags in reporting <br />by a State or water user of accurate and complete information on total <br />diversions and return flows; <br /> <br />34 <br />
