<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />in the Boulder Canyon Project Act is defined to mean the continued <br />reasonable and beneficial consumptive use of Colorado River water within <br />the water user's service area for the type of use identified in a <br /> <br />contract. It does not mean that the user has a perpetual right to <br /> <br />receive water if the water has not been put to beneficial use. <br /> <br />(cc) "Present perfected right" or "PPR" means perfected rights <br />defined by the Decree, existing as of June 25, 1929, the effective date <br />of the Boulder Canyon Project Act. All present perfected rights are <br />listed in the supplemental Decree entered January 9, 1979, by the United <br /> <br />States Supreme Court in Arizona v. California at al., as amended or <br /> <br />supplemented. <br /> <br />(dd) "Reclamation" means the Bureau of Reclamation of the United <br /> <br />States Department of the Interior. <br /> <br />(ee) "Re9i~nal Director" means the Regional Director, Lower <br /> <br /> <br />Colorado Region, Bureau of Reclamation, and shall include duly appointed <br /> <br />successors and authorized representatives. <br /> <br />(ff) "Regulatory surface" means the definition set forth in <br /> <br />S 415.5(e) (1). <br /> <br />(gg) "Regulatory surface maps" mean the maps developed by <br />Reclamation that delineate the Colorado River floodplain and the <br />regulatory surface as defined in S 415.5(e)(1). Reclamation will make <br /> <br />said maps available for review or purchase at Reclamation's Regional <br /> <br /> <br />Office in Boulder City, Nevada and the Yuma Projects Office near Yuma, <br /> <br />Arizona. <br /> <br />(hh) <br /> <br />"Returns" or "return flow" means water diverted from the <br /> <br />r;) <br />t&J <br />0) <br />o <br /> <br />9 <br />
