Denver Water places ads in Summit County newspapers giving notification of its Williams <br />Fork FERC relicensing process: week of August 5, 2001 <br /> <br />5. Denver Water sends press release to all Summit and Grand County radio stations and <br />newspapers as well as to the Denver Post (Charlie Meyers) and the News (Ed Dentry) on <br />its Williams Fork FERC relicensing: August 10,2001 <br /> <br />6. Denver Water sends letter to mailing list participants indicating its intent to use the ALP. <br />Denver Water includes a Communications Protocol and an acceptance form requesting <br />participating parties' signature and concurrence with Denver Water's Communications <br />Protocol and use of the ALP: March 4, 2002 <br /> <br />7. Denver Water receives participating parties' returned acceptance letter and signed <br />Communications Protocols on the use of the ALP: By March 25. 2002 <br /> <br />8.
