All recurring costs over the life of the project, <br />including operation and maintenance expenditures as <br />well as the costs of replacing equipment or structures <br />at estimated intervals. <br /> <br />Cost estimates for each alternative shall be submitted to <br /> <br /> <br />the State for review before they are included in the draft final <br /> <br /> <br />report. <br /> <br />12c. Economic Evaluation of Alternatives <br /> <br />The economic evaluations to be performed by the Contractor <br />will be conducted as specified in the. Econonomic Evaluation <br />Procedures for Phase II attached to this Scope of Services. <br />The results of this activity will be submitted to the State for <br />review before they are included in the draft final report. <br /> <br />12d. Evaluation of Physical Impacts <br /> <br />The Contractor will evaluate the physical impacts of <br /> <br /> <br />inundation for each alternative utilizing procedures identical to <br /> <br /> <br />those employed in Phase I. The evaluation will include river <br /> <br /> <br />miles inundated, miles of major highway(s) inundated, acres <br /> <br /> <br />inundated (catergorized as private land, public land and <br /> <br /> <br />designated wilderness land), developed recreational facilities <br /> <br /> <br />inundated, number of buildings inundated and other major <br /> <br /> <br />developments inundated. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
