Compile and Review Data <br /> <br />The Contractor will compile and review any additional <br />information regarding hydrology, water rights, water demands, <br />facilities site characteristics and any other factors necessary <br />to evaluate the selected alternatives at a reconnaissance level <br />of detail. Insofar as possible, the contractor will utilize data <br />developed in phase I of the study for the Phase II anaylses. <br />Prior to proceeding with Phase II of the study, the contractor <br />will review major planning assumptions and projections with the <br />State before utilizing these assumptions and projections in Phase <br />II. <br /> <br />12b Cost Estimates <br /> <br />The Contractor shall prepare reconnaissance-level cost <br /> <br /> <br />estimates for each alternative to the same level of detail as in <br /> <br /> <br />Phase I of the study. All costs will be referenced to a January <br /> <br /> <br />1, 1982 datum. Each cost estimate will include, as a minimum, <br /> <br /> <br />the following listed items: <br /> <br />1. The cost of constructing all facilities, including <br />appurentant structures and associated mechanical <br />and electrical equipment. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
