I believe that <br />Mr. Knights and i'ir. Tipton made a very fair and factual presentation of the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />From the infornation presented, I believe that the Harrows Dam would prove of <br />immense benefit to the areas downstream and in particular, Lo.>an and SedlPvick coun- <br />ties by opening up neVi irrigated land and supplying additional >later to presently <br />irrigated la.'1ds. It seems that liorgan county would also be benefited although much <br />of its valuable land would be lost to agriculture production. <br />
