<br />The Draft Environmental Impact Statement
<br />on the Jensen Unit, Central Utah Project,
<br />was filed with the Council on Environmental
<br />Quality April 14, 1975.
<br />
<br />The 1975 water yield of 13,700,000 acre-
<br />feet in the Upper Colorado River Basin was
<br />116 percent of the long-time average.
<br />
<br />Water surface elevation of Lake Powell
<br />reached a record high of 3,669 feet on
<br />June 30, 1975, with storage of 20,320,000
<br />acre-feet.
<br />
<br />Upper Colorado River Storage Project
<br />revenues forwarded to the Treasury for the
<br />year were $30,019,276. Of this amount,
<br />interest payments amounted to $12,319,276;
<br />the balance of $17,700,000 was applied as
<br />payment on investment. Most of the
<br />revenues were derived from power sales.
<br />Gross generation totaled 5,551,463,000 kWh.
<br />
