If additional events are identified, they should be appropriately placed on these-tables, It is my understanding that these tables are to start a process that can be followed by the respective staffs to ensure communication is occurring so that potential issues can be- addiessed as they occur, I would appreciate any feedback that the OperatiOn Committee can provide, including input on the level of communication the committee wants'to have on these events.
