Explanation for any major discrepancy between funds provided and <br />expended: <br /> <br />A total of $20,500 was transferred out of I&E to fund research on <br />the effects of high flows in the Green River, including monitoring <br />at the razorback spawning bar, gila monitoring and aerial <br />photography. Also, about $6,500 of unspent I&E funds was carried <br />over to FY 1994 for pay for unfinished I&E projects. <br /> <br />XII. Recommendations: <br /> <br />The Information and Education Committee plans to meet or hold conference <br />calls about four times per year in 1994. One of the committee's first <br />projects is to review the RIPRAP for potential I&E actions and to <br />identify and recommend possible shifts in future I&E efforts. <br /> <br />XIII.
