Reports for projects #18-11, #28, #30, and Duchesne River Monitoring were submitted too late to be put in order by project number, so you may want to insert them in their proper order. Bob Norman has not yet submitted reports for projects #33 and #34, Redlands and Price Stubb fish passage, and he was not able to review the habitat enhancement report (#39) prepared by ~ick Wydoski. Reports on some of the high-flow activities have been included with other reports: Green River Razorback Bar Channel Monitoring is included in #20; Green River Photography is included in #27; Green River Videography is included in #12. I remain concerned about inconsistent format and quality among these reports. Annual reports are very important from an accountability standpoint and I think we need to review them carefully so we have a high quality end product, Therefore, I would appreciate any suggestions you might have for how we should best finalize and compile the annual Recovery Program reports. I am inclined to ask for electronic copies (WordPerfect 5.1 preferred) after the technical committees have reviewed the reports and any necessary changes have been made.
