Such feasibility would be determined by a restudy <br />of the authorized project or projects through established AWRBIAC co- <br />ordination procedures. Restudy of any authorized project would be <br />made OJ:lly upon request of an affected state or states, a federal <br />agency or agencies primarily concerned, or a combination thereof, all <br />of which have representation on AWRBIAC, and when eound preliminary <br />information submitted to AWRBIAC by the herein designated state, <br />states, federal agency, or a combination thereof, indicates that the <br />restudy is justified.
