<br />Area. The Ya~pa River Basin is the focus of a separate effort being conducted <br /> <br />by the U. S. Geological Survey (USGS). Other onQoinq programs include the <br /> <br />delineation of land use, soils, veaetation, slope, and erosion maps by CO'1ARC, <br /> <br />the definition of nonpoint source problems and best manaqe~ent practices by <br />the Colorado \/est Area Association of Soil Conservation Districts (OIMSCD) in <br /> <br />cooperation with the U. S.
