<br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />~. The study period for site selection will be 1952-1957 <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />5. Estimates of municipal demand will be made for three time <br />levels: <br /> <br />A. Average 1952-1957 time level. <br /> <br />B. The intermediate time level - that time level when full <br />use will be made of the transmountain diversion decrees <br />plus possible exchanges by those decrees of: <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />Aurora <br />Denver (except the Eagle River decree) <br />Englewood <br /> <br />C. The time level for the end of the Bureau of RecllUll8tion <br />repayment period. <br /> <br />6. Estimates of the irrigation supply and demand will be made <br />for the 1952-1957 level and the intermediate level. <br /> <br />7. The site selection will be D18de on the basis of data for the <br />intermediate time level with consideration for the 1952- <br />1957 level and the intervening time between these two levels. <br /> <br />8. Monthly irrigation demands at the river diversion will be <br />whichever is the greater of: <br /> <br />A. The historic canal diversion, or <br /> <br />B. The calculated river diversion requirement with appropriate <br />allowance for canal conveyance and farm losses. <br /> <br />9. Increased municipal sewerage effluents resulting from <br />transmountain diversion will be exchanged to the fullest <br />extent poSsible for providing water for additional municipal <br />use. <br /> <br />A. Effluents in excess of those exchanged for the <br />municipalities will be used to serve the estimated <br />remaining demands of irrigated lands in Prospect <br />Valley and the Lower Barr Lake area. <br /> <br />B. The remainder of the effluents after having met the <br />reasonable remaining demands of this area, will be <br />assumed to accrue to the river and therefore subject to <br />appropriation in accordance with State laws. <br />
