The efforts of the Committee on coordination of work and resolution of <br />conflicts will be directed toward all state and federal activities involved in <br />their respective water and related land resources development responsibilities <br />and shall include coordination of the following: <br /> <br />(1) Collection and interpretation of basic data. <br /> <br />(2) Investigation and planning of other water and related land <br />projects and programs. <br /> <br />(3) Programming (including scheduling) of water and related land <br />resources construction and development. <br /> <br />6. GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. The geographical area to be encompassed within <br />the sphere of Committee influence will include the entire State of Oklahoma <br />and those portions of the States of Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, <br />Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico lying within the Arkansas-White-Red River <br />Basins, but excluding the Ouachita River Basin and those portions of the <br />Arkansas, White, and Red Rivers affected by the Mississippi River backwater <br />which are now included in the jurisdiction of the Mississippi River Com- <br />mission. <br /> <br />20 <br />
