A total of 14,000 acre-feet will be pumped to Carter Lake during
February and March. This will fill Carter Lake to about 79,000 acre-
feet. All available Big Thompson River water, totaling about 27,000
acre-feet, will be diverted at Lake Estes. About 234,800 acre-feet
of water will be stored in Lake Granby, Carter Lake, and Horsetooth
Reservoir at the end of the water year which is about 44 percent of
normal.

Seminoe

Under reasonable minimun inflowj releases from Seminoe Reservoir will
will be reduced to about 750 ft Is during February and March. A
further reduction to about 500 ft3/s will be made during April and
maintained through June. Thereafter, releases will be generally higher.
A maximum reservoir storage of about 569,000 acre-feet will be
attained in June, and the carryover storage on September 30, will
be 74 percent of average or 493,000 acre-feet.

Pathfinder

During February, Pathfinder Reservoir will reach its maximum yearly
storage content of 387,000 acre-feet. Fremont Canyon Powerplant
releases will be highest during July and August to satisfy downstream
irrigation requirements. No bypass of the turbines is anticipated.
The reservoir content at the end of the water year will be about 232,400
acre-feet.

Alcova - Gray Reef

Alcova Reservoir operation and irrigation delivery to the Kendrick
Project will be the same for all three runoff conditions. With a
normal irrigation delivery and no ownership accrual during the season,
the Kendrick Project storage will be depleted by about 113j400 acre-
feet. Alcova turbine releases will average about 1,000 ft /s during
the June-September period to satisfy downstream irrigation requirements.

Glendo and Guernsey

The operation of Glenda and Guernsey Reservoirs will be based upon
making a full delivery to the Glendo Unit (12,000 acre-feet) and a
70 percent delivery to the North Platte Project (729,900 acre-feet.)
The Glendo Unit storage ownership will accrue about 35,000 acre-feet
during the February-through-September period and will show a net loss
of about 1,000 acre-feet during the year. With a 70 percent of normal
irrigation delivery, North Platte Project storage will be depleted
by about 50,000 acre-feet during the year. The total combined
