Releases from Green Mountain Reservoir for replacement, power, and
river and reservoir regulation will. reduce the storage content to
42,000 acre-feet by April 30. Releases for power will be increased
as required from April through July to allow the reservoir to fill
without spilling by the end of July. The reservoir will remain full
throughout the remainder of the water year. With reasonable maximum
runoff, it is estimated that Blue River depletions by the cities
of Colorado Springs and Denver will result in about 15.9 gigawatt-
hours of power interference at the Green Mountain Powerplant.

Willow Creek

Willow Creek Reservoir will fill to 8,700 acre-feet by the end of
March. As much water as possible in excess of downstream requirements
will be pumped to Lake Granby. However, with this years' scheduled
rebuilding of the Willow Creek chute, the ability to pump at design
rates (400 ft3/s) may be reduced. Under these conditions, it is
likely that June and July inflows in excess of the limited pump capacity
will be bypassed. Monthly water supply studies indicate that approxi-
mately 28,000 acre-feet will be bypassed during May, June, and July.
Thereafter, with minimum required releases to the river, the reservoir
will be nearly full by the end of the water year.

Storage in Lake Granby will reach a minimum of about 101,000 acre-
feet by the end of March. Thereafter, Lake Granby will reach a maximum
storage of ahout 328,400 acre-feet by the end of July. The reservoir
will be drawn down to a content of about 298,800 acre-feet by the end
of September. Spills at Lake Granbyare anticipated.

East Slope - CBT Project

Under reasonable maximum runoff conditions, a below average supple-
mental irrigation demand can be expected on the Colorado-Big Thompson
Project. Adams Tunnel diversions will decrease to an average of
about 380 ft3/s during February and March. Diversions from the
West Slope will be reduced during the April-July period to meet a
