Releases <br />during the October-January period are scheduled to meet minimum down- <br />stream requirements to conserve storage~ The reservoir will reach <br />a content of about 193,400 acre-feet by January 31. <br /> <br />Power Production <br /> <br />Winter generation of the Western Division System will be limited due <br />to last year's low runoff and low carryover storage.
