Market Area <br />The 1984 Proposed Criteria continued allocations to the Southern <br />Division in amounts that represent a compromise adjustment to account <br />for the change that has occurred in the load diversity between the <br />summer and winter seasons in the Northern Division since the initial <br />allocations in 1962. The Southern Di]vision customers would experience <br />a 26 MW increase in the winter season and a 55 MW reduction in the <br /> <br />summer season. <br /> <br />Also proposed were minor changes to the description of the Northern <br />and Southern Division market areas, and the market area for new <br />customers was limited to the Salt Lake City Area of the Northern <br />Division. <br /> <br />a.
