MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />power plant is being paid by the United States, On the above date <br />the use and benefit of units 3 and 4 will be transferred to the Dis- <br />trict and thereafter the plant will be operated by the United States <br />and all operation and maintenance costs will be shared by the <br />District and the United States in proportion to the amounts of <br />water diverted for each party, That part of the District share of <br />the cost of the power plant remaining unamortized will become <br />due and payable to the United States when the use of units 3 and <br />4 is transferred to the District. <br />During the fiscal year the allocation of construction costs of the <br />Parker power plant was discussed with representatives of the U.
