The <br /> <br /> <br />question of whether a service would be classified as permanent <br /> <br />according to the Association's policy would be based on assurance of <br /> <br />continuous use of the line and adequate power consumption to <br />economically justify the line. <br /> <br />2.2.3 Empire Electric Facilities and Rates <br /> <br /> <br />Current power rates and line extension policies as obtained from the <br /> <br /> <br />Empire Electric Association (EEA) on December 10, 1984, and <br /> <br /> <br />effective beginning November, 1981, to December, 1982, depending on <br /> <br /> <br />the specific service are attached in Appendix D-2.2. The rates for <br /> <br /> <br />small power services, less than 50 KW, are as follows: <br /> <br />Facilities Charge: $10 per month for single phase or $20 per <br />month for three phase. <br />Electric Charge: $0.065039 per KWH <br />Minimum Charge: The facilities charge except when 10 KVA of <br />capacity is required, the minimum is the facilities charge plus <br /> <br />$1.00 per KVA for single phase or $1.50 per KVA for three phase <br /> <br />service per month. <br /> <br />Power loads larger than 50 KW are also considered large service by the <br /> <br /> <br />Empire Electric Association.
