The document will be submitted to the <br />project sponsor for review and approval prior to initiating Phase II. <br /> <br />Phase 1 Cost and Schedule <br /> <br />Phase I will be completed no later than January 21, 1986, although every <br />effort will be made to complete it within two months of the contract signing. <br />Phase I will be accomplished for a cost of $14,145. The CCDD and University <br />of Colorado will contribute $9,465, $2,000 of which will be Colorado <br />Department of 'Local Affairs funding for fixed expenses. The Southeast <br />Colorado Recreation Association will contribute $4,680. <br /> <br />PHASE II-~RECONAISANCE STUDY <br /> <br />Phase II will refine each component of the project. In depth attention will <br />be devoted to: <br /> <br />o Goals, objectives, and perspectives regarding Neegronda <br />Reservoir of all potential stakeholders. <br /> <br />o Engineering hydrology of the Neegronda Reservoir system. <br /> <br />Original research will be conducted on these two components. The other project <br />components, described briefly below, will be addressed based on: <br /> <br />o Interviews with knowledgeable resource personnel from the <br />Southeast Colorado community, University, and state and federal <br />governments. <br /> <br />o Documents, plans, and data which are readily available. <br /> <br />Overview of Phase II Tasks and Components <br /> <br />6 <br />
