The tour will ,be most useful if conducted by principal <br />representatives of the project sponsor and the gate commissioner. <br /> <br />Meeting With Principal Representatives of SECRA and Ditch Co.'s <br /> <br />During and immediately after the tour. the Principal Investigator. Project <br />Civil Engineer. and CCDD Colorado Springs Director,will meet with principal <br />representatives of SECRA. The purpose of the meeting will be to identify: <br /> <br />o Vision of project sponsor regarding each project component. <br /> <br />o Name, address. telephone number. and relevant background <br />information for each stakeholder. <br /> <br />o Readily available. documents related to each of the projects <br />components. <br /> <br />o Problems and, issues, which must be addressed in more. depth ~ <br />in Phase II. .. <br /> <br />.-, '.'-, <br /> <br />A meeting with principaJ members of ,the ,Amity and Fort Lyons Ditch. 'companies <br />'to determine their goals; objectives-. and perspectives regarding the proposed' <br />';project will be, necessary 'at this time..!' ,,,. ,,,.', , ,.,> . <br /> <br />. <br />Phase 1 Analysis <br /> <br />Information developed from the above activities will be analyzed. Analysis <br />will evaluate: <br /> <br />o Significant resources. opportunities. and constraints on <br />project realization. <br /> <br />o General character of the hydrologic system. <br /> <br />o Alternative concepts for each of the project components. <br /> <br />o Problems and issues which need to be addressed in Phase <br />II--Reconaisance Study. <br /> <br />Phase I Products <br /> <br />Products of Phase I will consist of a Phase I Report and a Management Plan for <br />Phase II. The Phase I Report will be approximately 20 pages in length plus <br />attachments. The Phase I Report will document: <br /> <br />o Vision for Neegronda Reservoir development. <br /> <br />5 <br />
