The tour will ,be most useful if conducted by principal representatives of the project sponsor and the gate commissioner. Meeting With Principal Representatives of SECRA and Ditch Co.'s During and immediately after the tour. the Principal Investigator. Project Civil Engineer. and CCDD Colorado Springs Director,will meet with principal representatives of SECRA. The purpose of the meeting will be to identify: o Vision of project sponsor regarding each project component. o Name, address. telephone number. and relevant background information for each stakeholder. o Readily available. documents related to each of the projects components. o Problems and, issues, which must be addressed in more. depth ~ in Phase II. .. .-, '.'-, A meeting with principaJ members of ,the ,Amity and Fort Lyons Ditch. Phase 1 Analysis Information developed from the above activities will be analyzed. Analysis will evaluate: o Significant resources. opportunities. and constraints on project realization. o General character of the hydrologic system. o Alternative concepts for each of the project components. o Problems and issues which need to be addressed in Phase II--Reconaisance Study. Phase I Products Products of Phase I will consist of a Phase I Report and a Management Plan for Phase II. The Phase I Report will be approximately 20 pages in length plus attachments. The Phase I Report will document: o Vision for Neegronda Reservoir development. 5
