<br />and capabilities for resolving the problems as limited by existing physical, <br />legal, financial and institutional arrangements and constraints. <br /> <br />To accomplish these three objectives five added subactivities will <br />be conducted by the regional assessment participants. <br />Subactivity 12 - Develop Effects Information for Each Problem <br />Using the analytical areas developed in subactivity 11, the effects <br />information for each problem will be developed and described using the <br />format of Figure 6. This information will be evolved by the staff for <br />both the modified central case and the regional preference future for the <br />years 1975, 1985 and 2000. Group A participants will be requested to <br /> <br />1476 <br /> <br />review the information compiled during subactivity 12. <br />Subactivity 13 - Define Potential Level B Study Areas <br />Using the information assembled in subactivity 12, the geographic <br />extent of each Level B study area will be tentatively defined by the MRBC <br />staff. <br /> <br />Subactivity 14 - Develop Level B Study Area Effects Information <br />The effects information developed in subactivity 12 will be adjusted <br />to conform with the analytical areas defined in subactivitr 13. The <br />effects information will be displayed using the format of Figure 6 for <br />each of the proposed potential study areas as approximated by analytical <br />areas. This information will be tabulated for the modified central case <br /> <br />and for the regional preference future for each of the years 1975, 1985 <br />and 2000. Additional computer information may be requested from the <br />Economic Research Service and the Bureau of Economic Analysis to aid in <br />describing the beneficial and adverse effects associated with the problems <br />contained in each identified study area.
