<br />Subactivity 9 - Final Documentation of the Difference Between the <br />Modified Central Case and Regional Preference Future <br /> <br />During this subactivity the differences in the modified central <br /> <br />case and the regional preference future will be documented for each ASA <br /> <br />1477 <br /> <br />including any differences in socio-economic and associated water and land <br /> <br />utilization projections, assumptions and methodologies. The MRBC staff <br />will be responsible for conducting this subactivity. <br />Subactivity lD - Reqroup and Screen Problems <br />The problems identified in subactivity 2 will be regrouped and <br />screened to add and delete problems as necessary to include only those <br />problems consistent with the results obtained from the regional preference <br />future. This subactivity will be conducted by the MRBC staff. <br />Subactivity 11 - Develop a Finalized Problem List <br />Utilizing the results of subactivity lD a final problem list will <br /> <br />be developed showing the associated problem areas and analytical areas. <br />The problems will be displayed by the time frame in which they would <br />become severe if not resolved (i.e.--1975-1985 and 1985-2000) and will <br /> <br />be described using Figures 3 and 4 and a regional map. The problem list <br /> <br />will be compiled by the MRBC staff. <br /> <br />The results of this activity will be documented in a technical <br /> <br />memorandum to be reviewed and approved by the Overview Committee, presented <br /> <br />to the MRBC, and subsequently transmitted to WRC. <br /> <br />ACTIVITY THREE - DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION DESCRIBING SELECTED-PROBLEMS <br /> <br />The objectives of activity three are to: (1) develop the beneficial and <br />adverse effects information for each of the problems described in subactivity <br />11 for both the modified central case and the regional preference future <br />for the years 1975, 1985 and 2000; (2) define a potential set of Level B <br />study areas; and (3) project the federal. state. local and private roles <br /> <br />-7- <br />
