Invitations to appear before or work with AWRBIAC or its <br />committee may be issued to those in non-goverrIllEntal capacity who are <br />in a position to contribute significantly to the program of AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />b. Procedure for Coordinatin and Inte <br />er enc~es <br /> <br /> <br />Interests of <br /> <br />a. \Vherever practicable, ad hoc committees shall be appointed to <br />discuss in round-table conferences preliminary project or program plans <br />or reports, schedules for the execution of a major project or program and <br />major operation and maintenance problems, and to present their . <br />findings to the sponsoring agency in the nature of informl carments <br />and suggestions. Such committees will report back to AWRBIAC only that <br />the assigned task has been completed, except where major differences of <br />opinion arise. Procedure for resolving differences Wlll then be initiated. <br /> <br />b. AWRBIAC shall promote informl contacts among its membership. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII - PI.P.NS AND REPORTS <br /> <br />Section 1. Basin Plan <br /> <br />a. The plans for basin develoJ?l'Ent, based on substantive material <br />of the AWRBIAC Report, shall be mawtained insofar as possible in harmmy <br />with evolving circumstances. <br /> <br />Section 2. Reports <br /> <br />a. Periodic reports of activities shall be prepared as deemed <br />necessary by the committee and not less than one per year. State and <br />agency contributions, if any, to the report shall be prepared in <br />accordance with specifications of the Administrative Committee based on <br />the purposes and type of report to be prepared. <br /> <br />b. Each such periodic report will be published and circulated as <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />29 <br />
