The AWRBIAC shall, whenever proper, and nonnally after ad hoc <br />ccmnittee consideration, assemble and present infonnation on Federal <br />and state laws and policies having a bearing on basin developtrent and <br />inter-agency problems. <br /> <br />b. TI1e consideration of state laws and the appointment of ad hoc <br />committees for this purpose shall be initiated only upon the request of <br />the representative of the affected state. <br /> <br />ARTICLE X - BASIC DATA COUEcrION <br /> <br />Section 1. Basic Data and Research <br /> <br />a. As the need for new research, intensification of research, <br />or the collection of basic data on regional problems becones apparent, <br />AWRBIAC should make recoomendations to member agencies and so advise <br />l.JRC through Calmittee action. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XI - awas AND AMENIM:NrS <br /> <br />Section 1. Changes and amendments to these Articles shall be made as <br />needed to adapt procechJre to the tasks of the CamU.ttee and shall be <br />submitted in writing to all representatives 30 clays in advance of the <br />m=eting, at which adoption shall be detennined by majority vote of the <br />entire membership of AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />30 <br />
