An ad hoc or standing committee shall endeavor to obtain agreement <br />between principals. <br /> <br />c. Every effort should be made to sharpen the issues; if there is <br />failure to reach agreement, the ad hoc or standing committee shall so <br />report to AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />d. AWRBIAC shall refer matters of si~ificant import to WRC, <br />together with all pertinent data, inc1udl.I1g copies of reports, <br />dissenting opinions, correspondence, and exhibits, if any. <br /> <br />ARTIClE VI - ME'IHODS OF COUEcrOC AND DISSEMINATING <br />INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS (GUIDES) <br /> <br />Section 1.' Minutes <br /> <br />a. Minutes of all regular meetings shall be prepared and distributed <br />by the Secretary. <br /> <br />b. ~linutes shall have wide distribution and shall be distributed <br />according to requests of nenbers of the Ccmnittee. State and Federal <br />nenbers shall receive such copies as they specify for their respective <br />governments or departJnents. <br /> <br />c. Minutes of special and executive meetings shall be prepared and <br />distributed as directed by AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />Section 2. Develo!XllE!rlt and Dissemination of Infonnation to Private <br />Agencles and the General Publlc <br /> <br />a. Public attendance at regular meetings shall be encouraged by <br />advance infonnation, by choosing interesting subject matter, and by <br />selecting appropriate meeting places. <br /> <br />b. Coverage by the press and other infonnational media shall be <br />encouraged and aided through the office of the AWRBIAC Chainnan. <br /> <br />c. Special invitations may be extended by AWRBIAC nenbers to <br />those persons having a particular interest in the subject matter. <br /> <br />d. Infonnation presented to AWRBIAC shall be reduced to simple <br />non-~echnical terms insofar as practicable for the purpose of this <br />sectlon. <br /> <br />28 <br />
