The proposed funding to the state
agencies for requested products in each subactivity is listed in Table 4.
The estimated expenditure for computer services is $2,500 for Fiscal Year 1975
and $7,000 for Fiscal Year 1976. These computer services will be provided by
the Economic Research Service and the Bureau of Economic Analysis. The actual
transfer of funds to these federal agencies will be made by the Water Resources

Council upon approval and direction of the Missouri River Basin Commission.

The Missouri River Basin Commission retains the authority to control to

<0
<0
C")
....

whom and when to expend the monies available from WRC and that the expenditure
of such monies, except to federal agencies, will be made by the Missouri River
Basin Commission through separate contractual agreements.

Actual transfer of monies to federal agencies for ccmputer services will be

made directly from the WRC to those federal agencies designated by the Missouri

River Basin Commission to rECeive the funds. To relieve most of the burden of

travel in this vast region from the participating federal and state agencies, the
MRBC staff will travel to the regional, federal and state offices as necessary,
to perform and complete each of the work items under the subactivities that require
a meeting between the MRBC staff and the regional agencies.

-18-
